Woody's Mobile Home Park
Since the 1950's, Woody's Mobile Home Park has been providing a welcoming home for mobile home residents. Our park has paved streets, large, mature trees, good lighting and a friendly atmosphere. Our low monthly lot rent of $85 per month covers water and sewer charges. We have sensible park rules to keep our park clean and attractive. In the unlikely event of a bad storm, we have a large underground concrete storm shelter for your protection. We are a family owned and operated business. We don't trust the management of our park to an outside management company. We're your neighbors and we strive to keep our residents happy.
El Dorado Springs is a historic town with a mineral spring in our beautiful downtown park. Every summer Sunday, the park has live concerts in our bandstand. A children's playground and a large swimming pool add to the summer fun. We are conveniently located just a couple hours drive from Kansas City, Springfield and Joplin. We are 20 miles from Stockton Lake which offers fishing, boating and other outdoor lake fun. Although we are a small town, we are proud of our own hospital, great school, 2 full service grocery stores and a wealth of shopping.
