Woody's Mobile Homes Warranty

Our used home guarantee is very simple. When you purchase one of Woody's Mobile Homes, we guarantee that all systems in the house will work and give proper service at the time we turn over the keys of the house to you and for 30 days thereafter.

This includes mechanical systems, appliances, roof, air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical system. If any defect develops, please notify us within the 30 day window and we'll come out and repair or replace the malfunctioning item. Sometimes additional warrantees from manufacturers may apply. If this is the case we will help you access these warrantees.
